Alanya cable car project, prepared by the Alanya Municipality in the direction of the request of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and presented to the approval of the Metropolitan Municipal Assembly, has been passed through the 1/5000 scale Protected Master Plan.
The work of establishing the "Cable Car Line within the Archaeological, Historical, Urban and Natural Sites of Alanya Castle Level 1", which was tendered in the Council Meeting dated 27.09.2012, was discussed in the related protection boards and the implementation projects were approved and the plans in accordance with these projects, Environment and Urbanism The Ministry was sent earlier than the General Directorate of Natural Assets.
The ministry requested that the plan be resubmitted with the addition of 1/5000 plans related to the area. In this regard, the 1/5000 scale Protective Master Plan was submitted to the Metropolitan Council on Friday, January 8 for approval.
The plan passed from the Metropolitan Council will be sent to the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning for approval and will be continued from where the cable car line has been left to work after the approval of the Ministry.

Metropolitan City, Antalya Cultural Assets Conservation Regional Committee and the Antalya Natural Assets Protection Commission for approval. Today it is approved in the metropolitan council. After the cable car line to be built between Damlataş-Ehmedek is completed, the intensive traffic in summer will be relaxed and the large tour buses that damage the historical texture will not be allowed to exit Kaleye. This will prevent the cultural heritage from being damaged by preserving Kalenin's natural texture.
